I’m Clarissa- 33, I’ve lived in both Arizona and California, and for the past six years I’ve built a life on my own with my two cats as my roommates and constants. Recently, I took a leap into entrepreneurship and opened a café in Inglewood, California—an experience that taught me more than I ever expected about people, business, and what it really means to create something from the ground up.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something important: I don’t just want to manage a business—I want to build my own world.
This space is that beginning.
This blog is created for women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating real life—balancing work, relationships, self-care, and the constant effort of trying to feel good in their bodies and minds while doing it all. Here, you’ll find a mix of honest, funny, and relatable stories from my own life, along with practical wellness content I actually live by.
Expect everything from simple, nourishing recipes and realistic at-home or gym-free workouts, to supplements I personally use and trust, to everyday routines that make wellness feel less overwhelming and more doable.
But this isn’t just a blog—it’s a community in the making.
Alongside the content, I’m building an online store that highlights products from small businesses I personally believe in. My goal is to connect you directly with thoughtfully curated wellness goods that support real people and real stories, with seamless access to purchase right from the platform.
My hope is that this becomes a space you come back to daily—not because you should, but because it feels good to be here.
Welcome in. 🤍
